      • All catering orders should be placed by noon Thursday the prior week to service or a minimum of 6 days prior to the service of the event to ensure we can properly schedule and bring in fresh products. If you have need of a last minute catering function please call the catering office at 403-440-6328 to confirm .

      CATERING PRICES
      Please note that pricing includes sustainable/disposable dinnerware. Prices do not include GST, service charge or any potential labour costs. Before or after hour/weekend labour charges will apply, as well as any specific required attendance during event. Any caterings of $3,000 or more will require a 50% deposit at time of ordering.

      Any weekend functions below a minimum spend charge of $2500 will be charged labor at a rate of $25 per hour for each service staff member and $30 for each kitchen staff member needed. Hoiliday functions will be charged time and a half based on the listed hourly wages.

      All orders require a credit card number that will be charged for the balance of the service the day after service is complete. No order will be confirmed without a credit card number being secured for payment. As of April 29th, 2017 we implemented a standard service charge (15%) added to all catering orders which is added to each invoice BEFORE TAX. We reserve the right to alter and/or change posted prices at any time due to market conditions or other pricing not within our control.

      RENTAL OPTIONS
      China, glassware, silverware, specialty items and linens are available at additional charge. Please contact us for more details!

      PAYMENT OPTIONS
      Cash, Visa, Mastercard or previously approved cheque.

      CANCELLATION POLICY
      There is a 3 business day cancellation policy in effect. Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to a scheduled catering will forfeit their deposit. Any changes made less than 2 business days before a scheduled catering may not be guaranteed, and must be confirmed by phone.

      PRODUCT QUALITY and QUANTITY

    • In accordance with Alberta Health and Safety Regulation, NO leftover food or beverage items may be removed from the premises. Due to Food Safety and Quality Regulations ALL perishable food cannot be left out any longer then 2 hours.
    • No credit will be applied for leftover product. Beverages are billed by quantity ordered and not billed by consumption.

EVENT SET UP
Room set up is the responsibility of the organizer, but we will happily help coordinate. Simply connect with our office during business hours and let us help service your event.

Full bar service is available. Please contact us for further details on how we can make your event that much more 'eventful'!

HOURS OF OPERATION
We are proud to serve you 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. Weekends, extra early starts and evenings after 5:30pm will incur additional labour charges. Please contact our office and let us find the perfect fit for your event. Orders submitted outside regular business hours will need to be confirmed via phone during regular business hours.
